Due to the city working on the water lines, there is silt in the water. It is probably best to refrain from drinking the water this Sunday.
There will be an Official Board Meeting this Sunday at 4:30 pm.
The church office will be closed Monday for Presidents Day.
On Wednesday, February 22, from 6:15-7:30 pm, we will kick off Bible Explorers, a discipleship program for kids up through 6th grade. There will be a meeting for volunteers today after the morning service.
For any new children’s workers, there is paperwork at the Welcome Center to complete and return to Tricia Herndon.
Sunday, February 26 will be “Gideon Sunday”. Mr. David Long will give a short presentation on the work of the Gideons in our morning worship service. At the close of the service, a traditional “open Bible” offering will be taken. 100% of this offering will go to the purchase of new Gideon bibles.
