Sarah Mission Circle meeting: Mon., Sept. 12 at 1:00 PM in the Library. If you are interested in this ministry, this is the time to attend and get involved as they begin their mission projects for this year.

September is “Baby Bottle” month! Just take a baby bottle, fill it with change, cash or check and return it to the church by the end of the month. This helps Pregnancy Choices as they reach out in the community. The bottles are located at the Welcome Center.

We will not have an evening service this Sunday in observance of Labor Day. Families are encouraged to spend this time together.

It’s time to start packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. There is a table set up by the Welcome Center with boxes ready to take with you, if needed. Please see anyone in the Sarah Mission Circle for instructions on what is acceptable to be put in the boxes. More information will be available in the near future.

Tithing envelopes have been placed in church mailboxes this year. If you have checked your mailbox and don’t see yours, contact the church office.

Official Board Meeting: August 21, 4:30 PM

This Sunday in the 6 o’clock Worship Service we will be showing a special video presentation from Dr. Billy Graham, the Value of a Soul. Dr. Graham is 97 years old, and nearing the end of his extraordinary life and ministry. This presentation represents Dr. Graham’s hope for our nation, and for individuals. It is approximately 30 minutes in length.
